The Stadtgarten is the center for care and support of the citizens' community of Frauenfeld, located close to the city center, centrally situated, and embedded in a small, inviting park that has grown over decades. In 1- and 2-room apartments, we offer a home with high individuality for up to 130 elderly residents with varying care needs.

We are looking for someone to start immediately or by agreement for the position of

Head of Quality and Development 40% - 60%

Your area of responsibility

• Responsible for the specialist area of quality and development (staff of the center management)  

• Operation and further development of the quality management system

• Initiation, management, and participation in projects

• System administration and support for the Stadtgarten portal (organizational manual and news portal)

• Participation in the further development of the strategy

• Conducting and accompanying internal and external audits 

• Coordination of data protection in collaboration with external partners 

• Support for management in the context of leadership processes and risk management 

• Ensuring concepts and processes according to the cantonal requirements of quality management

What distinguishes you

• Degree from a higher vocational school, university of applied sciences, or university  

• Additional training in quality, process, and project management  

• Professional experience in the social and healthcare sector is an advantage  

• Experience in quality, process, and project management  

• Enjoyment of analytical and conceptual work 

• Structured and solution-oriented working style  

• High IT affinity, enjoyment of data management, proficient in using office programs  

• Strong communication skills and empathy, with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
