Your Responsibilities

  • Treatment of acutely psychiatric patients in an interdisciplinary treatment team in home treatment

  • Conducting system discussions

  • Collaboration with internal and external specialists

  • Participation in daily team reports

  • Co-designing and implementing projects for professional and institutional development

Your Profile

  • Completed or advanced specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy

  • Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry

  • Very good German language skills

  • Reflective, communicative, and team-oriented personality with an independent working style

  • Enjoyment of responsibility and active participation
