Your Responsibilities
Treatment of acutely psychiatric patients in an interdisciplinary treatment team in home treatment
Conducting system discussions
Collaboration with internal and external specialists
Participation in daily team reports
Co-designing and implementing projects for professional and institutional development
Your Profile
Completed or advanced specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry
Very good German language skills
Reflective, communicative, and team-oriented personality with an independent working style
Enjoyment of responsibility and active participation
