Your Tasks

• You represent the interests of the clients in HVAC and GA topics – from planning to operation.

• With your ideas, you advance our ESG goals and implement sustainable concepts in practice.

• You establish measurable performance catalogs and lead external specialists and contractors technically.

• You optimize concepts and plans together with partners and implement innovative solutions.

• You become an expert for our existing portfolio, discover optimization potentials, and implement them together with building management and the ESG team.

• In competitions, you define the conceptual requirements and support project management in complex projects.

What Sets You Apart

• You have a degree in HVAC engineering and several years of experience – from planning to project management to technical site management.

• You are familiar with hydraulics, building automation, Swiss standards, and certification systems such as SNBS, MINERGIE, LEED, or DGNB.

• You communicate confidently in German.

• Strategic thinking, initiative, high social competence, and assertiveness characterize you.

• You are passionate about innovations, sustainable construction, and the practical implementation of technical developments.
