Would you like to actively shape the social assistance of our city?

For one of our social assistance departments, we are looking for a committed leader starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement. In this role, you will not only take on professional and personnel responsibility for your team but also actively participate in the management team. You will contribute to strategic decisions and the further development of our social assistance services to ensure their efficient, professional, and correct implementation. Your tasks include:

Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel leadership of 10–12 social workers

• Ensuring a correct alignment of social assistance and traceable case administration

• Co-responsibility for the specialist area "Children and Youth in Social Assistance"

• Leading specialist groups and projects

• Developing professional foundations and coordinating with internal and external parties

• Controlling for the supervising bodies and the social assistance authority

Your Profile

• FH degree in social work with solid experience in social assistance

• Proven leadership experience in a comparable position

• Further training in leadership and management

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and initiative-driven leader

• Implementation strength, sense of responsibility, and high communication skills
