Your Contribution

• Responsible for the maintenance and further development of all sports and green areas (grass and artificial turf fields, tennis and athletics facilities, pump track, Finnish track, park and forest areas)

• Plan, organize, implement, and carry out maintenance work on lawns, plantings, pruning, and upkeep

• Implement biodiversity and sustainability guidelines and ensure the promotion of ecological enhancements

• Create and implement fertilization and irrigation plans as well as conduct soil samples for targeted nutrient supply and plant protection measures

• Maintain and care for machinery, vehicles, and equipment

• Supervise third-party companies and take over quality controls

What Makes You Unique

• Landscape gardener EFZ or equivalent training with further education (e.g., in sports facility maintenance, CAS in natural management, biodiversity, sustainability, area management, etc.)

• Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of ecological enhancements, biodiversity promotion, and sustainable care concepts

• Driving license category B and C, construction machinery license M1, forestry course E28 + E29

• Independent, reliable, and structured working style

• Willingness to take on responsibility within the team and readiness for seasonal deployments (e.g., winter service)

• Good active knowledge of a second official language
