Luzerner Psychiatrie AG is a teaching hospital of the University of Lucerne and is represented with its services at various locations in the canton of Lucerne and in Sarnen, canton of Obwalden. In an acute crisis, where outpatient treatment is not sufficient, a stationary stay can provide relief. Patients are competently supported during such a difficult phase.
Inpatient services, Clinic Lucerne
from October 1, 2025, or by agreement
In our acute psychiatric ward at the Clinic Lucerne, we accompany and care for people in complex and challenging situations. We focus on relationship-oriented care, high professionalism, and close interdisciplinary collaboration. For our dedicated team, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist who takes responsibility, sets impulses, and actively develops our ward.
Your Tasks
Co-designing care at a high level. From individual care work to leading groups and projects on the ward
Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team as well as cooperation with relatives and involved specialist departments
Targeted use of expertise in change processes
Willingness for professional further education in the acute psychiatric setting
Substituting for the ward management during vacation absence
Exchange in the nursing specialist group of inpatient services / collaboration with the nursing expert team (APN)
Your Profile
Completed nursing education (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN ll, BScN)
Professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in acute psychiatry and in an outreach and/or partial inpatient setting
Independent work, high reliability
High empathy and social skills with healthy assertiveness
Ability to inspire others
Bachelor students are welcome and will be specifically supported
