Your Tasks:

• Advising line managers and employees from different cultural backgrounds in all aspects of modern HR work

• Supporting line managers in recruitment and employee care

• Timely and professional processing of payroll and social insurance matters

• Implementation of the onboarding process, personnel development measures, absence management, time management, and retirements

Your Profile:

• Commercial basic training with further education in HR

• Practical experience in a production environment

• Proficient IT user skills (Abacus is an advantage)

• High quality awareness and execution control
