Specialist: Social Assistance and Asylum Staff (60 - 80 %, fixed-term)
Do you want to actively shape the tendering of a new case management system and contribute your analytical skills to this forward-looking project? Do you appreciate structuring processes, defining requirements, and presenting complex relationships in an understandable way? Then you are in the right place! We are looking for a committed individual (initially fixed-term for 2 years) to effectively support our Social Assistance/Asylum staff.
Your Tasks
Central responsibility for technical topics in the project for the tendering of the new case management system
Support for the heads of departments in planning and implementing strategic and operational topics as well as preparing management metrics and decision-making bases
Active participation in the further development of the main departments and updating of technical foundations, process descriptions, and guidelines
Leading and shaping demanding projects and working groups and contributing to the development of technical concepts
Designing, organizing, and conducting meetings and workshops
Your Profile
University or university of applied sciences degree in social work, social sciences, or political science
Expertise in personal and economic assistance as well as asylum social assistance
Solid knowledge in project and process management, especially in the area of digitization
Experience in a staff or controlling function is an advantage
Confident in writing texts, skilled in interface work, and experienced in using IT applications
High social competence, personal responsibility, resilience, and networked thinking
