For patient and referral management in the outpatient and radiology department, we are looking for an Appointment Coordinator Radiology 100%. In this role, you will take on the organization and coordination of patient registrations, appointments, and information flows. As the central contact person for patients, parents, and internal and external partners, you will ensure a smooth process. With your diverse contributions to administrative tasks and process optimization, you will significantly contribute to optimal patient care.

Start Date: from January 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Your Responsibilities

• You will receive patient registrations with the highest professionalism and process them carefully

• You will organize and coordinate appointments, both in person and by phone, and take care of providing information and adjusting appointments

• You will act as the central contact person for patients, parents, and internal and external referrers, ensuring a smooth flow of information

• You will actively participate in the optimization of processes and take on delegated tasks to support efficient operations

• You will carry out administrative tasks diligently, contributing to a structured and service-oriented way of working

Your Profile

• You have completed a medical training (EFZ) with at least two years of professional experience and possess very good knowledge of medical terminology

• You work in a structured, calm, efficient, and independent manner and are able to set priorities while demonstrating high social competence and openness to an intercultural environment

• You are characterized by a strong service orientation, high flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility and quality, and you appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration

• You are proficient in various PC programs and possess very good communication skills

• You have a very high level of proficiency in German, both spoken and written, and ideally have knowledge of foreign languages in English and French
