Our client, MARCK Immobilien AG, is a small, family-run, and dynamic real estate company with a strong presence in the Rheinfelden region and based in Möhlin. In addition to their own real estate portfolio, they also support their clients in all real estate matters.

To strengthen their team, we are looking for a

Real Estate Manager 80-100%

Your area of responsibility:

• You will receive your own real estate portfolio focusing on rental properties (residential & commercial)

• You are the first point of contact for all stakeholders, and everything runs through you

• For new rentals, you will handle the necessary publications and conduct viewings with potential tenants.

• You will check references and create rental contracts.

• For new rentals, you will coordinate the maintenance of the properties and ensure that any reported damages or necessary repairs are addressed promptly and professionally

• The associated correspondence, as well as the related accounting and mail processing, are a welcome change for you

• If you enjoy going the extra mile, there are also smaller construction projects waiting for you, which you can take care of

What you bring:

• Completed basic training in the commercial field or comparable

• At least 3 years of professional experience in property management

• Federal diploma in property management or comparable training completed/planned/in progress

• Good MS Office user skills

• User knowledge in specialized systems like Garaio or similar
