Your Craft

The overall responsibility for your portfolio, consisting of properties of Frutiger AG and the Frutiger pension fund, forms the heart of your diverse workday.
Your tasks range from selecting new tenants to drafting rental agreements and processing contract changes and terminations.
You ensure a smooth process during handovers and transitions of the properties.
With your focus on the needs and satisfaction of our prospects and tenants, you contribute significantly to our success.
Together with our internal property accounting, you ensure that the economic property goals are safely achieved.

Your Foundation

You have experience in the mentioned areas and bring the corresponding expertise.
For this position, you have the qualification "Property Manager with federal diploma".
Thanks to your good language skills in German and French, you always find the right words when communicating with our tenants in Western Switzerland.
To be flexible on the go, you possess a category B driver's license and have your own vehicle.
