What you bring
Ideally, a commercial basic education and further training as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist
Several years of professional experience in payroll and personnel administration
Enjoy questioning existing processes and continuously optimizing them
High sense of responsibility, precise and careful working style
Cheerful, motivated, and empathetic personality
Flexibility and digitalization are not foreign words for you
What to expect
Main responsibility for payroll processing
Contact person for employees, social insurances, and authorities
Creation of evaluations, reports, and statistics
Further development of HR processes and payroll systems
Processing of accident and illness reports, family allowances, and EO registrations
Collaboration in personnel administration
