Swan is an internationally active SME based in the Zurich Oberland, developing and producing high-quality measuring and control devices for online water analysis. We employ around 350 staff at 15 locations worldwide and are known for our high quality in various industries such as drinking and wastewater, power plants, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, cooling and ultrapure water, as well as steam and condensate.

For our dedicated team "Process Engineering & Quality Assurance", we are looking for an experienced, solution-oriented individual who takes responsibility and works enthusiastically on optimizing our production and quality processes. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for everything from analysis to the development of solutions and the successful implementation of various projects, whether it be a product change, a quality or process improvement, or the introduction of new products.
We offer you interesting tasks
You actively represent our department in the product development process and are responsible for implementing technical requirements – including documentation.
You delve into complex quality issues and work closely with development and technical product management.
You analyze existing products and plan and accompany necessary changes.
You maintain and adjust master data in the ERP system (IFS).
That's why we want you
Completed studies in mechanical engineering, materials science, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a production environment.
Solid technical understanding in the areas of mechanics, electronics, and chemistry.
Very good German skills, good English skills.
Experience in project management.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
