The Flaachtal retirement home is a small gem in a rural setting with 39 care places spread over two floors. The residents are at the center of our attention, and we value their comfort and the provision of individual care and support.

We are looking for an agreement for the day shift

Team Leader Care 80%-100%

Your main tasks:

• Professional responsibility for the entire care process for socially competent and holistic care and support

• Situation-appropriate personnel deployment planning in the planning and time recording system PEPS, considering economy and efficiency

• Participation in care and interdisciplinary reports

• Development and implementation of internal care concepts together with the head of care & support

• Willingness to step in as needed to support and ensure quality/check

Your profile:

• Co-responsibility for the entire care process

• Assumption of daily responsibility

• Administrative and organizational tasks

• Assumption of tasks as a contact person

• Individual, needs-oriented care of the residents
