Your profile:

• Completed training as a nursing specialist with a tertiary qualification

• For foreign qualifications, the Federal Recognition Certificate (SRK)

• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly, care-dependent people

• Team spirit and appreciation for people

• High sense of responsibility

• Good knowledge of BESA, interRAI LTCF, and easyDOK is an advantage

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

Your main tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire care process

• Assuming daily responsibility

• Handling complex care situations

• Administrative and organizational tasks

• Taking on tasks as a contact person

• Individual, needs-oriented care for residents
