The Center Höchweid in Ebikon offers 117 residents a "home" where they feel cared for – supported by a dedicated interprofessional team of a total of 200 employees. Due to the upcoming retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for an experienced, integral, and reliable personality who will take over the operational management with a steady hand, clear stance, and strategic vision.

The established course should be consciously continued. At the same time, upcoming developments, such as a planned construction project and positioning as a competence center for care and support, open up new design possibilities. We are looking for a leader who will shape this path with foresight, continuity, and impetus.

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for operational, personnel, financial, and organizational management

• Direct management of department heads and further development of structures and processes

• Ensuring the implementation of strategic directives in close collaboration with the Board of Directors

• Representation of the center to authorities, partners, relatives, and other stakeholders

• Fostering a trusting, appreciative, and professional corporate culture

Your Profile

• Higher vocational or university education in nursing, social work, management, or a comparable field

• Several years of management experience, ideally in the health or social sector

• Strong strategic and business understanding

• Clear communication, social competence, and the ability to lead a team integratively and calmly
