Commercial Clerk for Professional Guardianship (60 - 100 %)

The professional guardianship is responsible for managing official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance under social assistance law (excluding economic social assistance). Would you like to actively support a professional guardian in their work starting December 1, 2025, or by agreement in tandem? Then we look forward to your application!

Your Tasks

• Managing client accounts (including payment transactions and budgeting)

• Evaluating and asserting social and private insurance claims

• Maintaining electronic files

• Conducting correspondence

• Taking on general secretarial tasks (phone calls, mail processing, reception, etc.)

Your Profile

• Commercial training (EFZ); preferably supplemented with further education in social insurance law

• Very good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally KLIB

• Fluent in German

• Strong communicator, resilient personality who values collaboration in a collegial team and participation in an organization in transition

• Professional, empathetic interaction with people in challenging life situations
