As a complement to the existing team, we are looking for an empathetic, committed, and reliable person as Personnel Service Clerk 50%

Your Tasks

• Point of contact for our employees' concerns

• Support for our hub function for all vocational training professions

• Planning and organization of further training

• Preparation of work references

• Taking on partial projects and supporting employees in their implementation

• Implementation of administrative processes in personnel services

Your Profile

• Further training as a personnel clerk planned or completed

• Enjoyment and experience in training KV apprentices

• Communicative organizational talent

• Ability to handle various topics simultaneously while maintaining focus

• Very precise working method, networked thinking, and solid Office skills
