The Brüttelenbad Foundation offers supported living and working places for around 60 people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. 100 professionals take care of their well-being with the aim of enabling them to experience joy in life and security within the community. To strengthen our team in the Kesslergasse living group, we are looking for a

Caregiver 50% – 80% (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Support clients in daily living group activities with pedagogical, caregiving, and administrative tasks

• Planning, accompanying, and organizing leisure activities

• Maintaining and promoting independence

• Willingness to actively collaborate in a team

• Housekeeping tasks

What you bring:

• Completed training as a social educator (HF), caregiver EFZ, or comparable training

• High social competence as well as strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with a joy for independent work (shifts alone)

• Enjoyment in actively contributing ideas within the team

• Flexibility and willingness to work evening, night, and weekend shifts
