The Brüttelenbad Foundation offers supported living and working places for around 60 people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. 100 professionals take care of their well-being, aiming to provide individuals with security and joy in community.

To strengthen our team in the residential group Rot in Ins, we are looking for an immediate start or by agreement Team Leader Living 80-90% (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of a motivated and committed team

• Promotion of team development

• Ensuring and further developing the services offered

• Quality assurance in care

• Active participation in all areas of the residential group, key worker tasks

• Managing electronic client files (easyDOK)

• Interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with other team leaders and areas of the institution, with relatives, legal representatives, and other agencies

• Active participation in projects and working groups

What you bring:

• Completed training in social pedagogy or equivalent qualification

• Leadership experience and training desired

• High social competence as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills

• Enthusiasm for team process design

• Active thinking and enjoyment in the team development process

• Good IT skills

• Flexibility and willingness to work evening, night, and weekend shifts

• Driver's license category B required
