To strengthen our team in the nursing service, we are looking for a

Nursing Specialist HF 40% – 50%

Your responsibilities:

• Active participation in the implementation process of InhouseSpitex

• Co-responsibility for all steps in the care process of the clients based on interRAI Switzerland

• Ensuring the nursing and medical care of the clients

• Support and advice to the living groups and workshops on nursing issues

• Collaboration with the home doctor’s practice and execution and assurance of medical prescriptions

• Meaningful and complete documentation of progress (easyDOK)

• Preparing, checking, and distributing medication dosettes

• Organizing and independently conducting medical appointments

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the staff of the living groups and workshops, legal representatives, and relatives, as well as other involved parties

What you bring:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FA/AKP/DNII with professional experience

• Experience in Spitex and with interRAI HC is mandatory

• Current knowledge in acute and/or long-term care

• High social competence as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills

• Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with a joy for multidisciplinary collaboration

• Enjoyment of active thinking in the team

• Driving license and good IT skills required
