For our traditional and modern bakery, we are looking for a responsible, strong leader with a customer-oriented personality as Branch Manager in Sales. In this role, you will take charge of one of our branches and contribute to the daily success of our company with your commitment.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the operational management of the branch

• Leadership, motivation, and development of the sales team

• Ensuring first-class customer service

• Implementation and control of sales and hygiene standards

• Planning of shifts and training of new employees

• Ordering, product presentation, and inventory management

• Management and maintenance of the product range

• Adherence to the budget and economic thinking

• Collaboration with production and sales management

Your profile:

• Completed training in retail or the food sector (experience in bakery, pastry shop, or gastronomy is an advantage)

• Valid hospitality license

• Professional experience in sales and service in a bakery, ideally with leadership responsibility

• Enjoyment of customer contact and a confident demeanor

• Organizational talent, initiative, and team spirit

• Willingness to work flexible hours (also early mornings or on weekends)
