To complement our construction department, we are looking for an immediate or mutually agreed start for a

Executive Assistant 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Support for management and the estimator in the bidding and order process

• Creation, maintenance, and dispatch of offers, work, and subcontractor contracts

• Updating offer attachments and obtaining necessary documents (e.g., extracts, insurances, references)

• Processing of accounts receivable and payable invoices

• Supervision of apprentices and maintenance of social media channels

• Participation in weekly construction manager meetings including minute-taking

• Support for internal events, personnel management, and acting in the secretariat

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by experience in assistance

• Open personality with a joy for contact with various stakeholders

• Resilience and structured working style even with high workloads

• Flexibility and spontaneity to respond to short-term requirements

• Humor and a positive attitude

• Strong team spirit and cooperative collaboration

• Social media is more than just a like for you – you know how content works and how to engage target groups

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, proficient in MS Office

• Enjoy coaching young talents and willingness to share knowledge
