Real Estate Management Officer 40-60% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes:

• You support the managers in the optimal management of the property portfolio

• You organize and assist in conducting viewings, inspections, and handovers

• You ensure smooth communication with tenants, craftsmen, caretakers, and owners

• You create rental contracts, contract amendments, and contract terminations

• You assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks

• You are responsible for designing advertisements for print and online media as well as their publication

• You check and code invoices

You bring:

• A completed 3-year commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training. Further training in the real estate sector is an advantage

• Several years of professional experience in property management

• A friendly and confident demeanor that enables a trusting collaboration with superiors, tenants, clients, and internal departments

• The willingness to collaborate collegially and in a team-oriented manner

• An entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of economic contexts

• A discreet and trustworthy personality

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English and French skills are an advantage
