What you will achieve in this role

• Development of software for system controls in projects from industry, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and energy supply, as well as targeted optimization of existing customer applications.

• Creation of visualization and control system applications that make processes transparent and enable intuitive operation.

• Defining application and software specifications as a basis for smooth implementation.

• On-site, you will carry out commissioning and maintenance, ensure flawless operation, and share your knowledge in customer consultations and training.

• In the bidding process, you will support our project managers with your technical expertise to develop tailored solutions.

These skills distinguish you

• Qualification as an automation technician EFZ, technician HF, or equivalent knowledge in automation and control technology.

• Experience in software development and visualization with Siemens S7/TIA, WinCC software platform, or other platforms.

• Basic knowledge in modifying control cabinets and CAD knowledge is an advantage.

• Interest in new areas (e.g., IoT, web technologies, development of middleware using high-level languages, Node-Red, Java, etc.).

• German spoken and written and knowledge of English is an advantage.
