With your experience, you bring projects from idea to completion safely to the finish line, keeping an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality while effectively using digital tools.

Your Tasks

• You independently accompany demanding building construction projects from planning to realization.

• You coordinate and manage all planning and execution processes, ensuring a smooth workflow.

• The leadership of the project team, construction management, and external partners is in your hands.

• You are the central interface between internal clients, planners, authorities, and contractors.

• Deadline, cost, and quality control are your responsibility, with an efficient flow of information being a matter of course for you.

What Sets You Apart

• Completed training as an architect ETH/FH, civil engineer ETH/FH, certified construction manager, or technician HF-Building Construction. Realization experience is a plus.

• Several years of experience in independently managing construction projects, ideally from design to execution.

• You are digitally savvy (MS Office, construction administration software) and use tools effectively for project management and documentation.

• You negotiate confidently, are self-initiated, and convince with your assertiveness.

• Leadership qualities, team spirit, and communication are your trademarks – you are the captain of your team and ensure a clear course.
