Your area of responsibility includes:

• Project management in the area of acquisition for Corpora Immobilien AG

• Leading the purchase or sale process of properties or projects after the legal approval of building permits to institutional or private investors

• Independently preparing all phase-appropriate documents in the acquisition process as a decision-making basis for the board

• Acquisition of land, areas, or existing properties with development potential

• Leading property evaluations for decision-makers

• Market and location analysis, investment calculations, due diligence of properties including contract negotiations up to contract conclusion

• Networking and maintenance of contacts

• Representing the company, both externally and internally

You bring:

• MAS in project management or construction economics, architectural training is an advantage

• Communication training or further education is an advantage

• Several years of experience in the real estate sector, particularly in acquisition/transaction areas

• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and high social competence

• Experience with the interface of real estate marketing

• Solution-oriented, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high resilience and flexibility

• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and project platforms for data exchange

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
