Your area of responsibility includes:

• You will take over the strategic and operational restructuring of real estate marketing, including building a new team

• You will be responsible for employees, processes, and results while keeping an overview

• You will ensure a targeted marketing – tailored to the situation, property, and market

• You will conduct market and competitive analyses and create project analyses as well as property valuations

• You will actively contribute to the company and work closely with other real estate areas such as acquisition and project development

• You will lead the divestment of properties

• You will manage the existing network and strategically expand it

You bring:

• Solid professional knowledge and several years of experience in real estate marketing

• Completed training and/or further education with a focus on real estate marketing

• Ability to recognize trends and potentials as well as develop and implement innovative marketing approaches

• Innovative personality with a winning demeanor towards internal and external parties

• Negotiation skills and communicative abilities

• Proven experience in leading and developing employees and the ability to create a motivating and performance-oriented environment

• Openness to flexible working hours and a collegial, team-oriented collaboration
