We are looking for you as
Employee in Distribution Logistics
Location: Sins | Start date: by arrangement
What are your tasks?
Creation of shipping and export documents including invoicing
Timely transport planning for Europe and overseas including cross-trade
Control and accounting of freight invoices
Optimization of freight volumes
Advising sales and internal departments on foreign trade and customs issues
Leading and training apprentices including training and performance assessment
Freight cost controlling as well as evaluation and support of logistics service providers
Handling of fiscal clarifications and activities
Origin calculation and obtaining certificates of origin
Export control administration
What do you bring?
Completed commercial basic training with further education as a foreign trade specialist
Several years of experience in distribution logistics
Fluent German and English (B2)
Proficient in MS Office and SAP or similar ERP systems
Structured and independent working style
Experience with export control and training apprentices is an advantage
