The Atelier Kommunikation needs reinforcement immediately:
Employee Atelier 80 %
In five different residential units, we offer around 50 people with severe cognitive or multiple disabilities a home in Schärenmatte. There, they are supported around the clock in their daily lives according to their individual possibilities. In five ateliers, they receive a daily and work structure tailored to their needs.
Our residents and clients wish for a humorous companion who can shine with general knowledge and technical understanding.
Tasks
Accompanying and supporting residents as well as clients in the work environment
Assisting in the design of employment and activation offers for the residents
Performing simple caregiving tasks
Transporting clients with the institution's bus (driver's license required)
Applying multimodal communication and performing household tasks
Requirements
Interest in working with people with high support needs (experience is an advantage)
Completed basic training and good IT skills
Experience in dealing with challenging behavior
Creative flair and communicative personality
Personal competencies: independence, resilience, and flexibility
