Team Leader / Team Leader for Outpatient Services 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: You lead a team in the area of outpatient services both professionally and personally, based on legal and internal guidelines.
Claims Processing: You ensure the correct, timely, and data protection-compliant processing of all outpatient service requests from your team.
Handling Complex Cases: You support your team in processing demanding files and also handle special cases yourself.
Process Optimization: You drive the continuous improvement of internal processes and optimize working methods to increase efficiency.
System Management Syrius: You take responsibility for system management (including releases, tickets, events) and process optimization in Syrius.
Project Management: You take on coordination tasks and actively participate in cross-team projects and process improvements.
Complaint Management: You handle complaints and ensure a professional and customer-oriented resolution of inquiries.
Employee Development: You conduct regular (specialist) meetings, support your supervisor in overarching personnel and professional matters, and are responsible for annual and goal-setting discussions with your team.
Requirements
Education and Qualification: You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, ideally with further education in health and social insurance, business administration, or in leadership and management.
Professional Experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in a leadership position in the claims area, preferably in the insurance industry. Alternatively, you bring a high willingness to learn and an affinity for leadership tasks and are motivated to work your way into this position.
Expertise: You possess very good knowledge in the field of health and private insurance.
Leadership Skills: You have experience in the professional and personal leadership of a team and in cross-departmental collaboration.
Language Skills: Proficient German in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of French or Italian and English are advantageous.
Problem-Solving Skills: You are able to analyze complex problems and tackle them through structured and solution-oriented approaches.
Social Skills: You present yourself confidently and customer-oriented, can resolve conflicts amicably, and always act in the spirit of cooperative collaboration.
