Social Educator as Team Leader for Housing 80%

The Sonnenblick area operates several residential groups with individual support for adults with cognitive or mental disabilities.

Our residents wish for a person who “helps us, is funny, and enjoys listening to music.”

Responsibilities

• Professional and personnel management of staff and their deployment planning

• Budget responsibility for the own cost center

• Identification and initiation of personnel development measures

• Participation in the recruitment and separation process

• Responsibility for the correct handling of administration

• Participation in the residential group

Requirements

• Completed studies in social work (FH or HF) with initial leadership experience

• Experience in working with people with disabilities, ideally with knowledge of aging and disability

• Completed practical training (or willingness to complete it)

• Interest in interdisciplinary work (care and pedagogy)

• Appreciative and communicative personality with high planning competence
