What you will achieve in this role

• You are the central contact person for our clients in the industry for large projects in the areas of process plants, clean rooms, automation systems, and specialized electrical infrastructures. You take responsibility for managing large projects – from the bidding phase through planning, implementation, and controlling to the successful handover to the client. Your strategic perspective ensures that each project is completed on time, efficiently, and to a high quality.

• You lead and coordinate your project team both technically and organizationally, plan personnel deployment, and motivate employees to achieve peak performance together. Under your leadership, the team continuously develops and masters even complex challenges.

• Through your proactive and professional support, you build long-term, trusting client relationships, so that clients keep coming back to Selmoni. As a representative of Selmoni, you actively participate in technical presentations and trade fairs, keep your knowledge up to date, and represent our company as a competent point of contact for industrial installations.

These skills distinguish you

• Completed basic training in electrical engineering

• Completed further training as an electrical project manager: installation and safety or equivalent

• In-depth knowledge of GMP, applicable industry standards, and industry-specific regulations

• Fluent in German and enjoy contact with people from different language regions. English skills are welcome but not a must.
