We are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and professionally skilled deputy head of nursing starting January 2026 or by agreement.
What you can expect
Your core tasks as Deputy Head of Nursing 50%:
Support the head of nursing in managing and organizing the nursing service
Co-responsibility for ensuring high-quality care and support
Consultation of clients and their relatives on nursing and medical issues
Co-responsibility for ensuring and further developing nursing processes and standards
Organization/conducting of internal training
Collaboration with the palliative care expert
Leading or conducting projects arising from organizational development
Deputizing for the head of nursing in their absence
Role of the vocational training responsible person within the institution
As a nursing professional 30% (optional)
Function as a nursing professional with service responsibility in day service
Basic and treatment care of residents
Collaboration in the nursing team of the foundation (treatment care, training of non-specialist staff, collaboration with the foundation doctor)
Ensuring care quality by implementing the respective standards and guidelines
What you bring
Diploma in Nursing HF/FH or equivalent recognized training (with SRK recognition)
Experience in caring for people with neurological diseases
Further training SVEB certificate (individual support) or willingness to catch up on this
Psychological resilience, teamwork ability, and motivation for responsible and independent work
Patience, social competence, and flexibility
Experience with RAI/RUG (MDS coordinator or supervisor)
