Your area of responsibility

• Personal consultation and support of customers at the counter and on the phone

• Active participation in shaping the shop and tool assortment

• Ensuring an appealing presentation of goods

• Reliable processing of all steps from order to delivery

• Independent management of the sales process from order entry to invoicing

• Close collaboration with the field service for smooth processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the construction industry

• Friendly, positive attitude and enjoyment of contact with people

• Fluent communication in German

• Practical experience in office work (advantageous)

• SAP knowledge (advantageous)
