We let it rock and roll

Specialist Automation BSA (m/f)

Highway technology with Drive – your new challenge. Your new professional territory is the highways and high-performance roads in Northwestern Switzerland – because we ensure that these traffic arteries remain in good condition 365 days a year. Whether roads, tunnels, or everything around them: We keep everything running. For this, we need you – with technology in your blood and a joy for responsibility.

You rock this

  • You maintain and service operational and safety equipment.

  • You manage the PLC controls (Beckhoff Codesys and Siemens Simatic), their communication devices, and SCADA systems.

  • You analyze and resolve faults in the electromechanical systems.

  • You are a competent point of contact for our project managers regarding technical questions in the field of automation.

  • Managing control software and maintaining programming environments are also part of your tasks.

  • Night work for repairs, maintenance, or function tests? For you, just as natural as on-call duty.

  • In close collaboration with OT colleagues and engineering, you ensure seamless integration and operational safety.

What you can do and how you are

  • You have a higher degree in electrical engineering/automation or equivalent practical experience.

  • You are reliable, team-oriented, and think analytically and solution-oriented.

  • You live a maximum of 30 minutes by car from Sissach – so you can meet the intervention time in case of on-call duty.

  • Working when others are off and vice versa? No obstacle for you – you appreciate flexible working hours with fairly regulated compensation.

  • Ideally, you have already gained industrial experience – this helps you quickly familiarize yourself with the comprehensive and exciting world of highway technology.
