Recovery Specialist (m/f/d, 60 - 80%)

For our Claims & Recovery Team, we are looking for an experienced and committed Recovery Specialist (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement at our location in Zurich. In this position, you will be part of a well-coordinated team and handle international recovery cases.

Responsibilities

• Selecting, initiating, and monitoring effective recovery and restructuring measures within the framework of SERV's receivables management, including very complex cases

• Communicating with various stakeholders such as exporters, policyholders, guarantors, financial institutions, and debtors in connection with the processing of claims in receivables management

• Administrative monitoring of recoveries for claims as well as legal costs in the context of receivables management

• Providing support as needed in compensation procedures, receivables management during refinancing, and administrative support for various internal and external reporting

Profile

• You have a successfully completed higher vocational education (FH/University) in business administration/law or a comparable profile with commercial training and relevant further education. Ideally, you have also completed further training in recovery and restructuring

• You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the export, finance, or insurance industry

• You possess very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written); French, Spanish, or other languages are an advantage

• You are interested in complex legal and business issues in an international context and have a structured, analytical, and independent working style

• You are a solution-oriented and persuasive communicator, have a quick grasp of concepts, and possess good IT skills; MS Office is required, Confluence and Jira are advantageous
