Your Tasks

• Independent execution of the entire recruiting process – from clarifying needs to successful placement

• Close collaboration with line managers as a competent sparring partner in all recruitment matters

• Target group-oriented design and placement of job advertisements as well as utilization of modern recruiting channels

• Direct approach and maintenance of candidate pools to attract skilled professionals

• Professional support of applicants and ensuring a positive candidate experience

• Participation in HR projects in the areas of employer branding and process optimization

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the fields of nursing, housekeeping, gastronomy, or administration

• Enjoyment in active networking and sensitivity to different target groups

• High service orientation, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills

• Hands-on mentality, organizational talent, and independent working style

• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with different interest groups
