Your tasks:
Monitoring plant operations & early detection of deviations
Systematic analysis of events within the organization
Critical questioning to promote a learning organization
Encouraging collaboration with international peers (WANO)
Participation in internal and external expert committees
Your profile:
Knowledge in the operation of power plant technology
Higher education in a technical field
Knowledge in event analysis and/or organizational science is an advantage
Structured, methodical working style
Team player with strong self-management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
