We are the Emserberg retirement and nursing home in Unterems, small and charming, attractively located at 1000 meters above sea level and part of the La Résidence Foundation.

Our house stands for individual and innovative care with a special focus on palliative care and support for people with dementia.

We are looking for a Deputy Nursing Director (m/f/d) for 70-100% immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks:

• Participation in nursing and taking on on-call duties

• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care

• Collaboration with other areas

• Support of the Nursing Director as delegated

• Deputizing for the Nursing Director in their absence

• Completed nursing training at tertiary level

• At least 2 years of professional experience
