The following tasks await you:

• You program new parts – whether milling or turning parts – and contribute your expertise from the start.

• You adapt and optimize existing CNC programs to ensure everything runs even more efficiently.

• Tool management? You have it under control – from selection to use to availability.

• You proactively tackle improvements: You identify potentials and implement projects yourself as a project leader.

• Hands-on mentality counts: If necessary, you directly support your team in CNC production at the machines.

Your profile

We are looking for a committed, self-initiated person with an open personality who is creative and curious. A positive, dynamic mindset, willingness to change, and entrepreneurial thinking are important to us. Reliability, solution-oriented work, and an uncomplicated hands-on mentality round off your profile.

Your profile would be ideal if you:

• Have completed a technical vocational training – for example as a polymechanic or in a similar field.

• Bring experience in CNC manufacturing – whether turning or milling, you feel comfortable in both disciplines.

• Are well-versed in CAM programming – ideally even with Mastercam.

• Are familiar with lean methods such as 5S or KVP and apply them in practice.

• Are a true team player who excels in clear and open communication.

• Are proficient in German, both spoken and written – allowing you to present yourself professionally in everyday situations.
