Your Craft

• With your network and server experience in a Microsoft environment, you will be responsible for the operation of our systems and contribute to the stability and further development of our platforms.

• Microsoft 365 and Teams telephony knowledge rounds out your skills.

• With your commitment to IT projects, you will create forward-looking solutions and make an important contribution to the digitalization of the Frutiger Group.

• Our application team works hand in hand with you, and you will take care of the provision and operation of a needs-based IT infrastructure for the applications.

• You will take over 2nd level support for the IT systems of the Frutiger Group and support our IT service desk team. You will coordinate 3rd level support with our partner companies.

Your Foundation

• With a qualification or training in computer science, system and network technology, and several years of experience, you have the necessary foundation to successfully tackle technical challenges.

• AD, MS365, security, backup & co. are not just theory for you - you have already gained practical experience with them.

• You apply your expertise in IT networks and Windows server environments purposefully to ensure stable and efficient solutions.

• You take responsibility, set priorities correctly, and proactively implement tasks - always in line with our standards.

• As a team player, you support your colleagues in IT support and always keep the concerns of internal customers in mind.
