Care Professional – Daycare for Children with Special Needs

The Yara Foundation is opening a new daycare center in collaboration with kispex Children's Spitex in Zurich in mid-March 2026 – and we are looking for you!
Are you excited to help shape things from the start, build structures, and invest your passion into a pioneering project? Then you are exactly right with us.
Your Tasks
You care for, accompany, and support children with chronic illnesses and disabilities aged from six months to school entry.
You assist the children in their development and in achieving their support goals.
You work in an interdisciplinary team with kispex staff and take on demanding caregiving tasks under supervision.
In collaboration with the daycare management, you actively engage in the commissioning and further development of the Yara daycare center.
What You Bring
Completed training as a Care Professional EFZ, specializing in children or people with disabilities, or an equivalent qualification
Or tertiary education in the field of pedagogy, special education, or social work
At least two years of professional experience
Joy in proactively building new things and taking on responsibility
