The Yara Foundation is opening a new daycare center in collaboration with kispex Children's Spitex in Zurich in mid-March 2026 – and we are looking for you!

Are you excited to help shape things from the beginning, build structures, and invest your passion in a pioneering project? Then you are exactly right with us.

Your tasks

• Commissioning of the new Yara daycare center

• Further development and operational management

• Further development and implementation of the educational concept

• Building, leading, and supporting the interdisciplinary team

• In addition to your management tasks, you will be actively involved in the daily daycare activities and care for the children.

• Close collaboration with parents, kispex, and the Yara Foundation

• Ensuring quality, organization, and administration

• Optional: Taking over certain areas of business management

What you bring

• Completed training as a qualified caregiver EFZ, specializing in children or people with disabilities

• Or a Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus on Early Childhood Special Education or an equivalent qualification

• At least 3 years of professional experience

• Experience in personnel management

• Completed further training in personnel management or willingness to complete such training

• Enjoyment in building new things and taking on responsibility
