Responsibilities

• Maintaining existing customers and building long-term customer relationships, by phone or partially on-site

• Clarifying needs and selling additional services

• Renewing contracts

• Answering customer inquiries and following up on customer satisfaction

• Additional tasks such as acquiring and approaching potential new customers

Requirements

• Completed training in retail or comparable

• Experience in sales with a passion for customer relationships

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• High customer orientation and service readiness, including confident handling of digital tools such as CRM systems (e.g., SAP), email marketing, or webinar platforms

• Fluent in German, flexibility, and willingness to travel
