In five different residential units, we provide a home for around 50 people with severe cognitive or multiple disabilities in Schärenmatte. They are supported around the clock in their daily lives according to their individual possibilities. In five workshops, they receive a daily and work structure tailored to their needs.

Our residents wish for a person who "likes us and has time for us".

Tasks

• Accompanying and supporting residents in various areas of life

• Care and implementation of health-maintaining measures

• Key worker tasks with support from professionals

• Completion of household tasks

• Support in carrying out administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, caregiver course SRK is an advantage

• Experience in supporting people with disabilities or people with dementia

• Application knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs

• Team orientation and high flexibility in thinking and acting
