Sifloor AG, based in Sursee, develops and produces high-quality and environmentally friendly dry adhesives for the flooring industry and maintains the logistics center for all Swiss companies of the internationally active Uzin Utz SE.

We are looking for a

Chemical Laboratory Technician / Laboratory Staff Development (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• Independent processing of assigned development projects

• Planning, organization, management, and documentation of production tests

• Evaluation, interpretation, and documentation of results and data (charts, reports)

• Organization of test materials, searching for new suppliers

• Creation and further development of effective and appropriate methods and testing programs

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory technician or in a related scientific field

• Experience in product development

• Good technical knowledge in the adhesive sector is an advantage

• Independent, structured, and precise working style

• Responsible, resilient, and flexible

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Team player

• Good MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage

• Very good German and good English skills

• Knowledge of certification processes, especially for environmental labels, is an advantage
