The professional assistant is responsible for managing official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance under social assistance law (excluding economic social assistance). Are you looking for a new professional challenge in a dynamic and professional environment?

Due to an internal job change of the current position holder, we are looking for a new team member starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement. We offer you the opportunity to independently manage assistance cases and actively contribute to the further development of our work.

Your Tasks

• Consultation and representation of clients in personal, financial, administrative, and legal matters

• Building sustainable relationships with clients, involving their environment

• Collaboration with other specialist agencies

• Writing reports and applications for the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB)

• Collaboration in tandem with an administrative employee in the accounting and administrative area

Your Profile

• Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or Law, ideally supplemented with a CAS in Child and Adult Protection Law

• Solid professional experience in social work

• Experience in challenging consultation situations and in case management is an advantage

• Knowledge of social insurance law

• Responsible handling with a large scope of action
