What you will rock

You will take on all HR tasks with a small, agile team, from employee administration to social security administration to payroll accounting.
You will be primarily responsible for recruiting new employees in close collaboration with supervisors.
You will support our employees from hiring to departure and accompany them at every step of their professional journey – with appreciation and commitment.
You will competently advise employees and managers on all HR matters and work together with them to create a positive work environment.
Optimizing internal processes and participating in internal projects will be a welcome challenge for you.

What you can do and how you are

You remain cool even in hectic situations, respond responsibly, think analytically, and act decisively.
You can be relied upon. You are a team player and listen to the opinions of others while being confident and articulate in asserting yourself.
You enjoy modern communication technology and IT.
You have a commercial basic education, further training as an HR specialist, and some professional experience in a similar position.
You are interested in all HR topics from payroll accounting to labor law to social security.
