What you will rock

• You will take on all HR tasks with a small, agile team, from employee administration to social security administration to payroll accounting.

• You will be primarily responsible for recruiting new employees in close collaboration with supervisors.

• You will support our employees from hiring to departure and accompany them at every step of their professional journey – with appreciation and commitment.

• You will competently advise employees and managers on all HR matters and work together with them to create a positive work environment.

• Optimizing internal processes and participating in internal projects will be a welcome challenge for you.

What you can do and how you are

• You remain cool even in hectic situations, respond responsibly, think analytically, and act decisively.

• You can be relied upon. You are a team player and listen to the opinions of others while being confident and articulate in asserting yourself.

• You enjoy modern communication technology and IT.

• You have a commercial basic education, further training as an HR specialist, and some professional experience in a similar position.

• You are interested in all HR topics from payroll accounting to labor law to social security.
