To complete our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable Accounts Receivable & Administration Employee 80–100% (de/fr - m/f/d) to start immediately or by agreement.

As a motivated and service-oriented individual, you are characterized by accuracy, reliability, and an independent working style. Your varied daily tasks include the following main responsibilities:
Responsibility for Accounts Receivable: You take primary responsibility for invoicing – your flair for numbers and your diligence make a decisive difference here.
Friendly face at the reception & on the phone: Whether in person, on the phone, or via email – you are our friendly point of contact for customers, guests, and partners.
Idea generator for projects & improvements: You think along and further: In internal projects and optimizations, you actively contribute your ideas and help make our processes even more efficient and modern.
Diverse role in administration: In the midst of office life, you are the reliable support of our team. You always keep an overview and engage actively.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or equivalent practical experience
Solid experience in accounts receivable accounting
Precise, structured, and independent working style
Several years of professional experience in administration, ideally in an SME
Proficient in MS Office, ERP knowledge (e.g., Abacus) is an advantage
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, good oral French skills
Enjoyment in contact with people and working in a team
